In 2025, Neal Schmidt and his family, owners of a growing company in Kaukauna, were notified of a business opportunity. A small and personal storage facility called Lakeshore Storage LLC in Stockbridge, WI. Having thought about expanding into this market for awhile , this complex felt to be a great fit. Being near the lake, and being able to continue with the high quality service that we stand for.
